- Prepaid Services: Refunds are only available for services that have not yet been initiated. If work has already begun, a partial refund may be considered based on the completed work.
- Monthly Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are only applicable if cancellation is requested within the first 7 days of the billing cycle.
- Custom Digital Marketing Campaigns: Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refunds are not provided once a campaign has started. However, you may opt out of future services by canceling your plan before the next billing cycle.
